Hard Disk Full
The “Planet [tag]Malaysia[/tag]” [tag]web hosting[/tag] company – Exxxxx just have a /tmp Hard Disk full recently and luckily I manage to contact one of the engineer there. Thanks God!
At first I was getting “[tag]WordPress[/tag] database error: [Got error 28 from storage engine]
SELECT DISTINCT * FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND post_date_gmt < = blah blah......". Immediately I check with Google and found here regarding hard disk run out of space.

Sick
The webmaster(is me) of Planet [tag]Malaysia[/tag] was [tag]sick[/tag] over the weekend.. I went to clinic and get some medine today.
Normally when you meet doctor, they will ask you what happen to you? check whether you got flu or fever, and blah blah….. and hopefully not bird flu. Do you sound familiar? Everytime what doctor ask are the same. I feel they are geting easy money from us. hehehehhe

Introduce DenyHosts
DenyHosts is a script intended to be run by Linux system administrators to help thwart SSH server attacks. If it finds failed login attempts again and again from the same IP address, DenyHosts blocks further login attempts from that IP address by putting it into /etc/hosts.deny. DenyHosts can be run by cron or as a daemon. In this tutorial I will run DenyHosts as a daemon.
If you’ve ever looked at your SSH log (/var/log/secure on Redhat & etc…) you may be alarmed to see how many hackers attempted to gain access to your server.
Installation:
Note: DenyHosts require Python2.3 & Python2.3-dev.
