Virtuozzo

The word “virtulization” is not new for me but don’t have much changes play on it before. Yesterday, my colleague sent me [tag]Virtuozzo[/tag] trial version for [tag]Linux[/tag]. Virtuozzo is one of the product from a company called SWSOFT.

SWSOFT provide a virtualization solution and automation for real world. Virtuozzo creates isolated partitions or virtual environments on a single physical server and OS instance to utilize hardware, software, data center and management effort with maximum efficiency.

Virtuozzo doesn’t create virtual machines like Microsoft [tag]Virtual[/tag] [tag]Server[/tag] and VMware, instead Virtuozzo creates Virtual Engines on top of the host OS allowing VE’s to share common resources.
