i booked my ticket depart from tiruchirappalli, india to k.l.on 07 march 2010, flight ak 238, may i know whether it is possible if i want to change to depart from kochii, india to k.l. at the same date?

I booked online airasia ticket of special discount offer for the round trip journey from DAC-KL and back on 21/06/2009 and back on 27/06/2009. But on that day, I did not have credit card so I could not pay. Now I have credit card and I like to avail that flight opportunity. Please take action and reply very soon.

I would like to find out if cancellation is allowed for ticket purchased? Will there be any refund? Secondly, the validity of tickets if you plan to change the dates and times is 3 months. Is it from the booking day or the travelling date.

I’m still waiting for my booked ticket because I’ve to submit including my permission form to my department. My booking ticket number is F7YYAF flight from KL to Makkasar, Indonesia.
My friend has used his Mastercard to booking my ticket. I will go there in group, 9 persons.

My family and I wants to visit to Melbourne but could not make it due to the expensive flight tickets.
Last week, we have applied with AirAsia tickets to and fro -Melbourne but sadly, the process of booking stopped half way and we did not get any reply since then.
I have booked 5 tickets for economic from 23/1/09(Flight No. D7 2722) and 30//1/09(Flight No. D7 2771) to Melbourne on 22/8/08.
We have sent our details to ‘AirAsia ‘; ‘guestsupport@airasia.com’ but getting no reply from them.
Attached here with the booking summary for your reference.

i’m not sure myself, but i think their free tickets is a profit maximisation strategy. Like they fill up all the seats per flight, etc. That’s just wat i thought of when i was thinking.. how come Air Asia can do better than MAS?
And then i look again at the flight from KL-Melbourne. MAS flies to Melb so many times a week, but it’s very rare that the flights are 100% full.. Except on holidays maybe
