    customer service with xbox 360 treats customers like they are nothing. Our family is so loyal to mr. bill gates we have 2 xbox 360, 2 zunes. Made sure our family turned in all their IPOD for a Zune and turn their WII in for the xbox 360 with our 360 failing every 6 or so months and gone through over 10 systems we have not been treated like we are valued customers. I am from Washington State and am so loyal our family is not aloud to by any other product but microsoft. Microsoft customer service is a joke I’m sorry mr. gates but we just might switch to another product.

    If your getting these posts i would just like to say you done great in your creating Microsoft.

    There is alot of poor people including me but it don’t matter.
    You have suceeded in life and others should do the same.
    For instance I am writing books. I hope I go far but I am sure I won’t go as far as you. You done wonders for everyone. Thanks alot!
