Google Adwords Messages

I login to Google Adwords and found there are 3 message make me take attention on it.

Message 1. 

On November 11, 2007, AdWords system will be unavailable from approximately 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM Kuala Lumpur  due to system maintenance. Please note that your campaigns will continue to run normally during this short downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Just wonder it's related to Google Adsense. When the Google Adwords server is down, can Google Adsense still serve advertisement based on individual campaign? HA, Fail over? I'm sure Google have intelligence system and infrastructure.
