Login to TM Net Online Services and change your default password now.
Tips: Please do not use the default password - “tmnet123″.

Login to TM Net Online Services and try with some common ‘username’ with default password ‘tmnet123′. After some tried, I’m sure you can login to the system.

yeah..all streamyx users should avoid using the default password such as tmnet123, streamyx, password n etc..n d most important thing is..to change ur modem default password because someone like hackers/crackers(@ someone who doing this for fun) will trying to get in to ur modem conf. and stealing the streamyx username and password!!!!

after 3rd try i found 1 user with default password.aww that was pretty good heh! n00b streamyx,gonna hacked ur modem soon!

I have a few streamyx accts that I hacked my own self but never use it.. I could get whatever streamyx password they have if they did not change the router default password and let the http and ftp
access open. So, changing the router default password will be a good idea too.

Changing ruoter pass didn’t make ur pass be more secure…..almost all adsl modem has a few dumb hole….closing these fool hole well make a good secure modem….don’t ask me how,google.com is a good place 2 start………………………………………but even closing it,still have a back door…………………………………………………….

the thing is, i found out that linksys routers had a system where when you save/backup the settings as a .conf file, you could get the password in there, along with id and everything. that’s how i check when im staying outside where the landlord charge us for the internet fee. they loved buying cheap linksys routers and claimed it cost more than rm300. i’ve once experienced one guy where he said he is subscribing rm88 package and charging us each month. with the same method i got the id and passs and went to tmnet and found out that he’s only on rm44 per month. when i confront this to him he said the router had problem and sent it back to rma, of all the tenants in the house, only i knew he was cheating on us. from this i could see there are still ppl who doesnt know how a router works or how to operate a router.

Well..about this user name N passwords..i think u all should used some Unix user name and combined passwords… n also u cannot blamed to TM for this..default password.. for what I’ve known , the operator at TM Point will ask you to give your own password… or u just wanna to used default password… just be thanks full that they just using your account, not modified it…so..when you can use the internet…try ask/phone the operator at TM.. tell whats your problems..

a months latter when you received the bills… arhhhhhh….. rm 140.. with full upgrading to 2.0mbps… who gonna pay for that?

I have 5 free accounts, my streamyx contract is 2 yrs, ends in Jan 09. Haven’t paid for a year, so i make full use of those accounts. as long as i can use, then i’ll be happy to pay off the outstanding come Jan.
easy to get free accts, can get from companies or personal tmnet email. not actually hacking or cracking cos it’s all manual stuff.
