Free Shells

I'm looking for a free Linux/Unix [tag]SSH[/tag] access for personal reason and I found the list here.
- Ariel.Atlantica.US - Free Linux shell accounts, offers IPv6 access for IRC (including bots and bouncers) and more. Limited IPv4 access. 32 MB quota.
- Blinkenshell - Free shell accounts hosted on Gentoo Linux. 50 MB quota, 2 background processes. Services including IRC access (no bots or bouncers), compilers and interpreters, email programs and webhosting with PHP/CGI.
- boinc.ch - Free OpenBSD shells with no outgoing connections, no background processes. Users get an e-mail account and space for a personal web page or storage, plus access to GNU/Unix tools and PHP.
- Bur.st - Free Linux shells for Australian residents. IRC, mail and web hosting.
- Celebris.net - FreeBSD shell accounts mainly for learning purposes. Email address, web space, IRC with vhosts, one background process allowed. No bots or BNC, cannot install own programs.
- ClueNet - ClueNet is a community providing services including free UNIX shells and email. Multiple shell servers available by signing up once.
- Cyberspace Communications (Grex) - Offers conferencing and chat in addition to traditional free shell services. Governed by a cooperative of its users. Currently not accepting new accounts, since May 2005.
- Fastshell - Free Debian Linux shells. IRC enabled with bots and BNC permitted. Requires registration with advertisers.
- Free Linux Shells - Free [tag]Redhat[/tag] Linux shells, bots and IRC permitted. Requires registration with advertisers.
- Freeshells.ch - A free unix shells provider. 250MB quota, publicly accessible website, send/receive email, file transfer via SSH/FTP, IPv6 connectivity. No background processes, no IRC bots or bouncers.
- Garo's free shell accounts - Free shell accounts hosted on Debian Linux. 10 MB quota, 100 Mbit/s internet connectivity. 1 background process allowed, IRC access on ports other than 6667.
- Geekshells - Free shell provider with IPv6 IRC connectivity. 5 MB quota. Services include email and webhosting. Custom vhosts for your IPv6 address available.
- Linux Community Development System - Free Linux shells for developers. Hosted on an IBM S/390 server.
- M-Net - FreeBSD shells on America's first public access UNIX system. Not currently accepting new accounts.
- MTVeurope - Free shell provider offering Linux & *BSD shell accounts. Supported services are IRC, IPv6, GCC tools (compiler), email programs and website storage. Operating on 100Mbit/s connection.
- New-Order - Free UNIX shells for educational purposes. 50 MB quota. Services offered include IRC clients, textbrowsers, email programs and webhosting.
- Nic.Nac.Project - Free Debian Linux shells. IRC without bots or BNC on a DSL connection with full compiler access. Postcard-ware.
- NicoNet 2000 - Free Linux shell accounts include e-mail address, web hosting with PHP. Prospective users must e-mail the admin and explain how they plan to use the account. Eggdrop, BNC, MUD hosting permitted.
- Nonlogic - A free shell provider with focus on open source software. Provides shell access with ability to compile programs and publish websites. No IRC access allowed.
- nyx.net - Free SunOS shells with IRC, compilers. No bots permitted. Requires verification of user's identity.
- rootshell.be - Free Linux shell accounts. No IRC traffic, no background processes, no compiling allowed.
- SDF Public Access UNIX System - One of the oldest [tag]UNIX[/tag] shell providers with a DS-3 connection. No IRC without membership fee.
- ShellShock.homeunix.net - Free shell hosting provider running [tag]FreeBSD[/tag]. Services include IRC, bouncers, games and webhosting.
- Silence Is Defeat - Public access unix system facility offering free shells to the general public. IRC clients, vhost, e-mail, web space.
- Suburbia Public Access Network - Free [tag]Debian[/tag] [tag]Linux[/tag] [tag]shells[/tag]. Accounts subject to administrator approval. Not accepting new individual members since at least June 2003.
- Test Drive - BSD, Linux, and Tru-64 Unix accounts offered by Compaq. No outgoing connections. Intended for programmers and admins.
- Visualserver - Free shells for a free community. 100 MB quota, no background processes. 8 Mbit/s internet connection.
However I found most of the website don't really work and some web site require a postcard, donation, and etc. Yeah I know make a donation is pretty fair and I will do it. Hope you can register your free SSH account and utilize it.
