I, for one, fail to see the significance of the Solaris OS in this age and time where open source UNIX and UNIX-like OSs are pretty much stable and are of production quality.
Sure, there’s the “support” bit… but how many of us here in Malaysia are entitled to it, or care to have it? Does Sun even have a presence in Malaysia?
