I did 3 candidate interview which apply for the [tag]system[/tag] [tag]administrator[/tag] [tag]jobs[/tag] in my office today. It’s look interesting and have fun.

I have 2 candidate refuse to fill in family details during interview. According to them, this is their privacy. If let said for me, I will just follow what ever have to fill in during interview.

Do you think interview candidate must fill in family details? I have no idea!

Another interesting is what happen if interviewer ask the candidate about the present or x-company details such as customer name, server location, company operation, company this and that blah blah?

Do you think [tag]interview[/tag] candidate have/have not disclose this kind of information?

As an interviewer, of course I hope the candidate can answer me and tell me more especially [tag]candidate[/tag] come from competitor company (too bad)

Everyone know “An interview is a conversation between two or more people (The interviewer and the interviewee) where questions are asked by the interviewer to obtain information from the interviewee. Interviews can be divided into two rough types, interviews of assessment and interviews for information.” But for me i think this is another kind of experience should gaim and learn more either interview or interviewer.

I did wrote about 30 Best Companies to Work in Malaysia but so far I have no luck joining any one of them yet. How actually or how really good are them? Of course some of them are multinational, big and famous.
