Finally, I got my ITIL V3 Foundation exam result today!
The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of concepts and techniques for managing information technology (IT) infrastructure, development, and operations.
ITIL is published in a series of books, each of which cover an IT management topic. The names ITIL and IT Infrastructure Library are registered trademarks of the United Kingdom's Office of Government Commerce (OGC). ITIL gives a detailed description of a number of important IT practices with comprehensive checklists, tasks and procedures that can be tailored to any IT organization.
I took an ITIL version 3 foundation course and exam in early Oct 2007 organized by Quint Group. Finally, I have received my ITIL v3 foundation official exam result this morning. I scored 75% out of 100%.
The ITIL v3 Foundation Certification Exam is a 40-question, multiple choice test and passing score is 24/40 or 65%. You are given one hour to complete the examination.
I have score 75% which mean I have 30/40 correct answers. I'm certified ITIL v3 foundation now

I’m currently studying ITSM & ITIL and might be required to sit for the exam too. As a techie, I must say it’s damn boring, but what can I do, just follow the process & sub-process lah…
Do you have any ebooks/CBTs available on the internet for ITIL v3

Do you think we still need to attend class (course) in order to pass or studying on our own is sufficient to pass.
Where can we get the material for our own learning? is it available online?

Hi, Danial. Since you are the course provider. I guess you can clear my doubt. What is the marketability or “solid” benefit to those obtained ITIL Foundation certificate? How can the cert holder directly benefit from it?
All answer i found on official website give vague description…
