Jakarta Trip

Next week I have to go Jakarta again for few Linux server setup and migration tasks. This “mission critical” jobs should take me about 5 days.
Initially my boss was plan my colleague and me go to Jakarta together but because of some reasons, we have to drop him at last minutes.
I’m really feel very very sorry and “malu” to him. We’re promised him early but we can’t do it at last minutes. I’m really hope he can understand the situations.
Anyway I can said don’t worries mate, you sure have a changes. Your performance is good, but maybe you should think about your working attitude some times. I’m thinking to discuss with you, but sometimes it’s very difficult to do in front of you.

Accidentally browse to this site, :-p anyway I think if one don’t have that skill and people don’t want it in the team, it is also a fact that he doesn’t reach that level yet. Thing is like this, just you accept or not accept, and that’s all.
