Zuriah, we also being cheated by the company (Pintasan Travel). They get services from our company, but then refused to pay… they give a lot of reason….
anyway, not only you being cheated.. there’re lot of people facing the same problem like you…
i recommend you to report at MATA… dont let others being cheated by them…

Would like to know when the exact date for Matta Fair 2009 in J.B. will be held on. This is because i have received quite a few different dates. Would like to make a trip to Korea ore Taiwan. Is it really much cheaper? Thanks.

I have registered with Pintasan Travel &
Tours for RM199 and life time registered
but somehow no offers & package offer to
member.They just registerd & collect fees.
I feel regret and can I claim back the fees!

I have registered as a member to one of the tour operator : Pintasan Travel & Tours Sdn.Bhd for the fees RM199 for whole life membership. It is the right agent ?
The operator promise to give discount any holiday package & hotel reservation. I feel
cheated and regret since the agent does not reply any of the package.
Any idea to refund back the fees ?

I have booked a trip to Phuket at RM169/person. The Agent also booked the airasia ticket on line for me on the spot. I have made full payment for 2 persons on the spot. But after I left the counter, they called me to inform that the actual fare is RM269/person as travelling date is on Nov and not Oct.

I told them that if I know that fare is RM269, I will not take the offer. Now since I have already booked the airasia ticket, what can I do? I feel cheated. The airticket cost for 2 is RM823.

My question is can I not paid the difference as they have already issue me a receipt which stated full payment ? Or can I ask for refund for the RM358 that I have paid to them?
