Motivation

I believe after worked in certain company for certain time you will fell bored and you need [tag]motivate[/tag]
The word “motivate” is very important to any boss, manager, superior to make their staff continue work hard, work smart, enjoy their work and etc..
So how can you motivate yourself? or how can company motivate their staffs?
Company Motivation:
- send for training
- salary increament
- annual dinner
- company trip
- incentives
- travel allowance
- free breakfast/lunch/dinner
- social club
and many more
Self Motivation:
- self learning
- work smart
- positif thinking
and many more
Any others suggestion?
