I wrote about Maxis Broadband 2 years back and getting 437 comments so far (continue counting). Yesterday I have received one comment that claim to be from  Maxis Broadband team. Official comment from Maxis Broadband team? I have no idea dude.

In fact, the IP address 121.120.xxx.xx  which I believed came from Maxis but the email address from Yahoo. Hmmm… make sense? Sorry, I don’t think I should announced the details of IP Address and Email to public.

I would suggest anyone get frustrated should try submit your feedback and complain at:

Anyway, I’m glad that if anyone search ‘Maxis Broadband‘ in Google, our page listed on page 1 number 4.

So, did you complete the feedback form?

It may sound genuine but with a Yahoo email address, I think the guy would like to remain anonymous. It could be a prank too from anyone who is using the Maxis Broadband. I had submitted before umpteen times but no response. I had their technical people. sub-con and suppose engineer in my place before, but no solution. I had upgraded to 3.6Mbps but then the speed is still just as bad. 15 months of being patient is just too much.

Months of waiting for a technical and yet our newly elected MP Blogger Jeff Ooi could get them to test the reading within days. What a world this is :(
