Security Service In Your Housing Area?

For the last few days, I’m noticed that someone wearing a [tag]security[/tag] jacket together with motocycle round and round in my housing area. What happens?
And finally they(fews of Indian guys) visit me yesterday. They told me about their new services in my housing area and passed me registration form and few slide of paper. I’m not immediately sign up with them and I told them to read through everything first and get back to them.
So, what are the security [tag]services[/tag]?
1.HOME [tag]GUARD[/tag] SERVICES
- Highly prioritized security protection in residential areas including vehicle and possessions.
- Respond to emergency calls during operation hours 11:00pm – 7:00am to avoid robberies, theft and other form of crime.
- Provide tight security to unoccupied house when tenants goes for vacation or comes back later after work.
- Conduct security patrols which ensure every house is checked every half an hour.
- Provide report log to note down reports in every specific area to verify complete patrol every half an hour.
2. WALKIE-TALKIE SYSTEM
- Each and every personnel are equipped with walkie-talkie.
3. GATE SYSTEM
- Monitor eveyone entering specific areas by taking their particular in order to avoid unwanted incidents.
4. 24 HOURS SECURITY SERVICES
- Propose a 24 hour security services in the near future.
5. EXTRA SERVICES
- Emergency transport (call taxi), ambulans and etc without additional chrages
FEES: RM 40 per month
Shall I paid for it? What do you think?
Is RM 40 reasonable or expensive? How about your housing area? How much do you paid for it?

Well, RM40 is worth it if the the security is really taken care off. My place does not have any security service yet. But i don’t paying for it.
Hmm, I don’t think I’m going to paid for it.
