Streamyx Connection Problem

It’s my turn! We have a TMNET Streamyx Internet connection problem for access any Planet Malaysia web site which hosted by Exabytes.
According to Exabytes, there is a connection problem with TMNET Streamyx.
TM Net Streamyx users intermittent connections time out
Dear Valued Clients,
Please be informed that some TM Net Streamyx users will experience intermittent connections time out when accessing the internet which includes some of the web sites hosted by Exabytes as well as web site which are NOT hosted by Exabytes.
This is due to there is a high latency over certain TM Net network hops.
You may try to overcome this by reconnecting your Streamyx.

I’m getting more than 70% packet lost when do ping and traceroute to www.planetmy.com. We’re so sorry if anyone have any connection problem to Planet Malaysia.
NOTE: I wrote this blog using public proxy server.

STREAMYX IS FULL OF SHIT… SOMETIME I THINK WHY SHOULD I PAY MY BILL. NEVER ENDING SHIT…

Same as mine…the streamyx connection just like shit and some more the complain hot line is now hard and harder to get through…
Just FYI, Exabytes has complted migrating all our server from TMNet Data Center in Cyberjaya to AIMS Data Center KL since March 2010.
Network stability is much improved now.
