Windows XP CPU Usage go up to 100% with VMWARE – Fedora Core 6

I had a Fedora Core 6 installed on Vmware Workstation 5.5.3 on top of my Microsoft Window XP recently.

Previously it was running fine but I found my machine CPU usage go up to 100% and the vmware-vmx.exe process used more than 90% of CPU usage when startup X-Windows(Gnome).
