Streamyx Speed Test

For the past few day my TMNET Streamyx connection was having problem which open a http://www.google.com website can easily take more than 3 minutes. Damn! Called up TMNET support two day ago and I was surprised when I connect to Internet today and the connection is super super fast.

4G Wireless Broadband in Malaysia

I know there are many wireless broadband in Malaysia now day such as Maxis wireless broadband, Celcom wireless broadband, Jaring wireless broadband, TMnet Streaymx wireless broadband and etc. Today, I received a brochure that make me shock with a word “4G wireless broadband in Malaysia. Is that really so called ‘real’ 4G wireless broadband in Malaysia. What is the “4G” broadband speed?

Streamyx Connection Problem

It’s my turn! We have a TMNET Streamyx Internet connection problem for access any Planet Malaysia web site which hosted by Exabytes.

According to Exabytes, there is a connection problem with TMNET Streamyx.

TM Net Streamyx users intermittent connections time out

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be informed that some TM Net Streamyx users will experience intermittent connections time out when accessing the internet which includes some of the web sites hosted by Exabytes as well as web site which are NOT hosted by Exabytes.

This is due to there is a high latency over certain TM Net network hops.

You may try to overcome this by reconnecting your Streamyx.
