TNB Electricity Power Break Down

The [tag]TNB[/tag] electricity price increase since 1st June 2006. Just after 2 days, my house having a [tag]electricity[/tag] power breakdown. Why? The electricity power [tag]breakdown[/tag] for more than 2 hours.
About 10 house in one row, but only 4 house having a [tag]power breakdown[/tag] problem(include me). Too bad!
Immediately I make a call complaint to 15454 (TNB). Suprising TNB technical team came very quickly but they can’t solved the problem and call for another team for help. Less than 20 minutes, another TNB technical team came again. Unfortunely the 2nd team can’t solved the problem as well. After some trouble shooting, they are decided to cut my existing power supply cable and connect to another base line. Thanks God! The power is restored after down for more than 2 hours.
They told me supposely some technical guy will come this morning for another round of checking but until now I still do not see any TNB technical guy here. Anyway, I hope they(TNB) can found the problem soon.
