i have searching for yeahhost around google and yahoo. i found most of their customer response is great and satisfy.hence i sign up my hosting plan with them. i have install a few CMS software on my site and is work perfectly. i feel that zhone is fooling around as i have came across his many comments more or less is the same. as i know joomla, wordpress is 3rd party open source and we cannot expect every hosting company to support all this 3rd party source. why i say that??is just very simple as all this script is develop by 3rd party not the web hosting company itself so they ask zhone to refer to joomla community is the correct way. anyway install joomla is just as easy as ABC if anyone don know pls search in google search engine. I believe you will get the answer over there.

zhone, I doubt you’re telling the truth. My joomla and wordpress are both installed by yeahhost, never have any problem.
Their response is very fast, and accurate most of the time, totally different from what you’re describing.
If not mistaken you must have done something very wrong otherwise I can’t see any points they hold your refund for 6 months. Who know you’re abusing or something???
Sorry your lies not working on me, I know them better than you as their loyal customer.

I have just received reply from Yeahhost Malaysia saying the refund will take 6 months. It is a policy to protect the company.

I would rate this as an dishonest business conduct as it is not spelled out in the agreement. Is this just local or Yeahhost as a whole, I wonder…

Yeahhost Malaysia has yet to refund me after 3 weeks of service cancellation. I have written 3 emails and no response was made to the last 2.

Its service was ok but the Windows server is not ready for Joomla setup. Linux server is at North America and not suitable for fast connection.

By the way, the tech support asked me to check with Joomla support after several failures to setup. I do not take this as great service.

I hosted my site with yeahhost.com.my, because their package is quite attractive. When compare to the service, I have to say that their support is world class quality. When I got any question or need any support, they will help me till the end and completely solve my problem. Maybe you might not believe, but you can try it and I am sure you will never regret.

i agree that exabytes is a well known hosting provider in malaysia. but the price is too expensive. those who have money for sure can afford the hosting package, but those who only have a small amount of money to spend for hosting package will not choose exabytes.
