Which Number Shall I Call?

My house TM phone having call in & call out since this morning. When I search in the TM phone bill I found:
Bantuan Teknikal / Pertukaran Alamat
Look carefully!
My house phone having a problem, so would you think I call call customer help desk at number 100? The answer is NO. If you’re using a Celcom then yes, however I’m using Maxis.
So which number shall I call? Searching in the TM portal http://www.tm.com.my and found
“TM Group Customer Care: Dial 100 or 1 300 888 123″ & “Non-Celcom customers call from mobile phones can reach our Customer Service Centre at 1 300 888 123.”
Yes please call 1 300 888 123 if you are using Maxis or Digi.
The weird part is why not they include the customer care number: 1 300 888 123 in the TM bill?
I’m really hope they can improve their service.
