I think it's self evident. This falls under the "it's so obvious it's not necessary to disclose it in the privacy policy" category. When you sign up for the service, they ask you for you IM/email/and what-not, login/password pair. So you know, they know your password. You've just given it to them. You also know they're going to use that login/password to scrape the data from your IM/email/whatever. They're going to have to store it somewhere, so that they can use it again, and again.
